Cost of Services Immunizations - $2.00 per family **no one is denied immunizations due to inability to pay T.B. skin test - $5.00 Pregnancy test - $5.00 Hypertension screening - No Charge Blood Sugar screening - No Charge Influenza shots  - Charges varies from year to year based on our cost Car Seat program - No Charge

The 2nd Saturday of each month, we have an indigent clinic for anyon who resides in Wood County.  They need to have no insurance or Medicaid.  Our clinic in staffed by local physicians and nurse practioners who volunteer their time.  Clients are evaluated and if needed, referred to other agencies.  Times for this clinic ar 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
